In the early years of operation, The Tremont House hosted a “Tea tête-à-tête” on weekday afternoons offering fine herbal teas, finger sandwiches and pastries. To honor this early tradition, the hotel now hosts a quarterly Sunday afternoon tea scheduled on March 13, June 12, Sept. 11 and Dec. 11, 2016. Chat with friends or family while dining on scones and finger sandwiches all while enjoying the elegant sounds of a harpist. A Sunday night package is offered as part of this charming event or book an individual reservation. Reservations for tea will be accepted beginning four weeks prior while overnight packages are available to book anytime just enter your preffered date for Afternoon Tea.
4. A date to renew your wedding vows
Hotel Galvez & Spa hosts an annual Wedding Vow Renewal in June. This year, couples are invited to renew their wedding vows on Saturday, June 11, 2016 during a ceremony held on the hotel grounds. Following the ceremony, participating couples are treated to a reception hosted by the hotel. A weekend package is offered as part of this romantic event and will be available to book in January but a “Save the Date” is pretty sweet too.
